What is the procedure for planting my mini rose outside, i live in Georgia and it is April.

Kordona mini roses are from a large supplier in Germany called Kordes. Most will be grown in a greenhouse when you get them. Because of that  the rose will not take any frost but if all frost is over, then it is okay to plant in the garden. The little rose may look like it will be small but these roses are known to grow to 24 inches if the conditions are right but it should stay around 18 inches. Just dig a hole larger than the pot, plant it in a spot where t will get at least 6 hours of sunshine and then sprinkle a handful of any rose fertilizer around the base. Water well for the first few weeks and then only weekly for the rest of the season. Make sure that when you do water it, the soil is really soaked and then let it dry out. In a couple of months time repeat the fertilizing. That is all the care these little roses need. Because the rose may have been grown in a greenhouse, the colour of the flowers will change a little when it is planted outside.
