Both these nurseries say they carry the Madame Ferdinand Jamin rose.
However because you are in Florida, are you in an area where you have to plant only roses with fortuniana under stock? If that is the case then they may not have it on this under stock. Nelsons is the biggest supplier of roses to the Florida area. Although they are a wholesaler, their web site does tell you where you can get roses on this understock.
