QuestionI live in Atlanta GA and I bought some miniture roses from the store despite there apperance. The flowers were dry and dead looking. I planted them in my yard in hopes to bring them back. I do have some flowering parts that look healthy but others still look the same. Help what should I do?
AnswerThe dry atmosphere of the store has dried the thin little canes out. Cut the mini roses back to about 3 inches, sprinkle a little fertilizer around the base and water well. Make sure you keep the soil damp, not wet, around them. In a couple of weeks you will see new clean growth coming. Just have patience as it will take a little time for them to recuperate. Hope this helps.
