I cannot seem to find the history of this rare rose- Scarlett chapal?  Can you help?

Hi Ron-

I did a search on the internet and checked Botanica's roses - can't find it. I'm sorry but I can't locate any information on it. Where did you hear of this rose?  I suggest you contact the person who told you about it or the place where it was purchased.  I don't know if this is an American rose - could it be from a different continent?  Some roses from Australia for instance - aren't in circulation in America.
