QuestionI live in the Puget Sound area of Washington. A couple of years ago I just took a cutting from a rose bush stuck it in root tone and put it in dirt. Behold it grew. I then tried again and the cutting did not make it. I don't remember the time of year I did it the first time. What do I need to do to secure success to try it again.
Thank you
AnswerHere are a couple of really good web sites that will give you lots and lots of information regarding taking cuttings. Just be sure to take at least 5 as some will not make it.
Hope this helps. Lynnette
