Question
I have a tea olive in a container for at least 4 years. It has never bloomed. Any suggestions?

Tea Olive (Osmanthus) is a very problem free plant so I am guessing that the leaves on your plant are healthy?  

It could be that it needs a new (bigger) container, as four years in the same size pot can cause the plant to become pot-bound.  This will mean that the plant cannot get enough water and nutrients and although the water and feed it gets will keep it alive, it may not flourish.

So, bigger pot, regular watering and a balanced liquid feed once a month - see how it does!
