Question My trees & shrubs are dying. i try to water the trees & shrubs regularly, but we currently have a drought in Georgia, and we are prohibited from watering on certain days.
However, I don't think this is solely the problem why they are dying. At the beginning of the spring, I sprayed ORTHO weed killer in my flower beds and near my trees and shrubs. A representative at Lowes recommended ORTHO last year because i had a weed problem in my flower beds and near my trees. How can I stop my trees & shrubs from dying? Is there some type of treatment/fertilizer to make them grow before they completely die?
AnswerDwayne,
I would recommend finding a garden center that carried Plant Health Care, Inc. products and buying some Bio-Pak Plus. This is a low nitrogen, high potassium and phosphorous fertilizer with beneficial bacteria and micronutrients. This, along with trying to water the plants heavily, should bring the plants back.
Good luck,
