QuestionI have at least 20 50ft. pine trees that seem to be dying. Do I feed them muracid? Obviously, I am new to the great outdoors. We live in lower Michigan. We have only lived here for 2 years. I'm sure the trees are atleast 25 plus years. Thanks for your time.
AnswerSusan,
White pines that big may need more than just fertilizer. For trees this large to start declining, I would suspect that there are either insect or disease problems. If these problems aren't addressed, no amount of fertilizer will keep the trees going.
I would recommend contacting a tree care company in your area to diagnose the problem and recommend the proper treatment.
Good luck,
