QuestionI live in Illinois, I have two Hydrangias in large pots outside. I have only had them since about late spring. Do I bring them in for the winter and do I trim them back? we have already had a few freezing nights and they do not look well. Thankyou Sarah

Since they have already gone dormant, I would recommend wrapping them in burlap to protect them from further wind injury and moving them to a more sheltered spot outside. Pruning is not recommended since this would remove the flower buds that are set up for next year.
Moving them inside now could potenially stress the plants and cause problems down the road.
