when can you transplant one of these shrubs ,could it be transplanted right now or is it best to wait until spring. thanks

Any plant can be moved from now until the ground freezes. I would recommend moving the plant, keeping it well watered and mulched. After moving, apply a granular, organic fertilizer to the soil around the plant to ensure root growth.
