Questionhi, i have 20 trees which was planted in may. one of the trees looks gray and it's dying, three more a showing a gray on their sides. we have had lots of rain and i do water them. i am not sure what can i do to save my tress?
Also i have notice in our neiberhood these yellow looking feces/urine in most yards. i don't know what or which animal it is. It starts as yellow and in couple of days turn to what looks like a gray mold looking. it looks more like liquid at the beginning.

When a plant turns grey it is a sign that they are being overwatered and therefore the roots are drowning. Cut back on the watering to once or twice a week depending on the rainfall that you recieve. Also check the drainage in the area, make sure that the water is not sitting there compounding the problem.
Fertilize the arbs with a grnular fertilizer to help strengthen them.
As far as the spots on the lawn, it almost sounds like dollor spot, but I can not be sure.
