QuestionI recently transplanted some hydranda plants from my mothers garden in AL to mine in NC. Some are doing fine, but some have brown spots on the leaves. I am only watering every few days. What is wrong?
AnswerJ.A.,
I think that the Hydrangeas are in transplant shock.
Increase the water that you are doing and use a little granular fertilizer to stimulate new top and root growth.
Water every day for at least 2 hours using a soaker hose around the base. They should be alright.
Good luck.
