Hi Larry, this is my problem. I have 2 bougainvilleas that have a hard time growing/blooming. I gave them some Premium Vigoro 15-7-7 (for Azaleas, Camelias, Rhodo's....) Can you recommand maybe a better fertilizer ? Thanks. Jeff in Austin, TX

your fertilizer is adaquate, there may be another problem causing the condition. weather patterns and rollercoaster temeratures can have an altering effect as well as excessive conditions in the soil. find out whats going on first with the site conditions and then adjust your cultural care accordingly.  good Luck  Larry  ;-)
