QuestionDear Larry,
We have a several hydrangeas which have bloomed beautifully in years gone by. However, for the past two years we have had no flowers. We cannot figure out what is wrong. Do you have any suggestions?
Many thanks.
AnswerHi SANDY
It could be one of two things, a nutritional imbalance or weather related symptoms. my guess is weather, since it has done so well in the past the only thing that could affect it like this is weather changes. temperature and less days of sunlight in a spring will alter the performance of this shrub dramaticly. give it some time.
add a little extra phosphorous to your fertilizer as well and see if it helps. Larry :-)
