Question
globe tree
I believe I have branches from a globe willow tree. I removed the leaves and placed the branched in water. I now have roots and new leaves sprouting. I wondered could I grow this type of tree indoors. if so, tell me how
AnswerIf you are asking about growing this tree indoors --you could for a short time but it is a fairly large tree. Navajo globe willow has a spread of about 35-40 feet and a height of 35-40 feet when mature. This would mean the branches would extend about 17-20 feet from the trunk.
The problem with willows in doors is that they require more water than most tree species and you will need to keep the soil in a pot damp. You can grow it for a short time until it gets about three or so feet tall and then I would transplant it to the yard.
