hi i have popular trees growing on my land, My neighbour has asked
me to cut them down because they roots of the trees are causing

problems with the  foundation of his house, and his septic tank

Answer
The roots of this tree will spread about 1 1/2 times the width of the branches and if this is within the septic tank area the root could get into the septic lines etc and clog them. I would not think the tree is close enough to a neighbors house to cause problems with the foundation. A root barrier can be installed between the tree and the neighbors land and this will stop the roots from growing in that direction IF the neighbor thinks he has a problem with your trees.
