Question
we had our sick tree cut down a little over a month ago and now it is oozing slime and orange stuff looks like tree vomited and is black on the sides flies are loving it and the smell is horrible so bad I almost vomited what can I do to stop it since we cant afford to grind the stump should we torch it or put lime on it what do you suggest thanks for your help

The tree was still alive when it was cut and the roots are still trying to pump water and nutrients to the foliage. You might try putting the lime over the stump or even sand over the stump will dry up the ooze. This will more than likely continue until the root system dies.
