AnswerIf the Roundup was applied in the spring I would wait about a month before grinding the stump. This will give ample time for the roots to absorb the herbicide. Once the Roundup has dried you can plant in the same location. Once the Roundup is absorbed into the plant cells it will not harm other plants planted in the same location.
