foxtail frond browning
Hi Nick, Gary from philly here again. I moved my foxtails indoors about a month ago. My small ones i have in my basement with a plant light on them and they seem to be doing fine. My large foxtail i have in my living room looks like its fronds are browning a bit. Enclosed is a recent pic. I am keeping the fronds damp every other day on both sides. Could this be a lack of light issue?
AnswerHi Gary, I agree, after a period of time, the effects of the impediment of the sunlight coming through the glass will begin to manifest itself in the plant, and in this case, your "tropical" palm. I would invest in a grow light , so the proper UV is provided. Merry Christmas...Nick
