i have been doing alot of research on plumeria. i am planning on being a first time owner of the plant soon and really like the "singapore". are there any recommendations or advice on care that you would have?

Hi Angela, one key in raising Frangipanis and that is do not over water them, it is a sure fire death sentence, especially when they are young; the roots are very shallow and easily rot if too much water is applied to them. Other then that, they are very easy to grow and love direct sun; I would keep it contained until it has developed several branches for you, then you can move it into a well drained soil base, again, in direct sun. Drop by you local Extension Service, and see the Master Gardners, they will provide you with free literature on this fine plant. Nick
