Question
I live in Spring Hill and have bought my first sea grape, I'm planning on planting it about 10 feet from my fiberglass pool.  Will the root systems break through the fiberglass?  If so how far away do I need to be.

Hi Debbie, I would not plant it that close, they have a pretty good root system that will present problems down the road; albeit I don't see it punching through your pool wall, it is capable of getting pretty extensive and I wouldn't advise tempting fate. I would double that distance, and only put contained plants near your pool, or at least in cement or bricked walled sections blocking any impedance from the roots. Nick
