QuestionI live in the nature coast area of FL. 1 hr N. of Tampa - I purchased a desert rose plant. It was perfectly greened w/ flower buds all over it. I repotted in a better pot. After a week, the leaves started turning yellow and got really droopy. I would just touch them and they would fall off. Still have flowers and buds, but bo leaves. I am notorious for overwatering and think perhaps this is the reason. If that is the case, plse let me know and give me some correct watering/fertilizing procedure for it. Thank you much.

AnswerHi Linda, Bingo!..Desert Roses are not fond of water, they store what they need in their pulpy trunk; I let mother nature water mine (they are in the ground...) and for that reason, they are not at their best during our rainy season. Barely water them, maybe once a month is all I give mine during the off season, and they thrive. Nick
