My planted palm (on my balcony) grows nicely but has dark or rotton tips at the end of the leaves.  Anything I'm doing wrong.

Hi Frank, there are several reasons for this, the most common cause is lack of humidity; usually summer is the only humid time of the year, and there is no problem then, but the rest of the year, frequent misting will help alleviate this. Other reasons are too much or too little irrigation and one other reason is fertilizer burn, but the most common is humidity , or lack thereof. Nick
