Hi, I was wondering if tree fern rootsystems are invasive, I have planted a couple by the pool. I live in Mackay central Queensland and think I have the rough type.

Hi Justin, you have to be careful with any planting near a pool or structure, but the tree fern is low on the invasive list as far as compromising roots, so I wouldn't be too concerned, but again, it isn;t advisable to plant anything near a pool wall except in a container or contained structure like a bricked in planting area.
