Am I able to transplant the 'off shoots' via digging & moving them from the 'mama plant'?  Have lots of Tropicals that I have to try to 'give away'.  Thank you.

Hi Diane, yes, but make sure you cut down and get as much of the shoots roots as possible, which will constitute cutting away a segment of the mothers corm,(underground rhizome). This won't hurt mama, she will callous the injured section over within time. Nick
