Question
Please tell me what to do or what I may be doing wrong. I have an angel trumpet plant that I ordered through the mail 2 yrs ago. & came with zero instruction. I feel that I have taken good care of it, recently repotted, and changed the soil. None the less my plant has never bloomed, never have I even seen a bud on it. What I find strange is that actually twice the plant has lost all leaves completely. Once when this happened the plant gave no sign that it was unhappy, the leaves just fell off. So please I would be thrilled to see this plant bloom,any tips or suggestions? Lastly I just read online that it is even dangerous to breath in the aroma from the blooming flowers to your respiratory system? My plant stays in doors(until summer) & if it ever blooms could this be harmful to my family?

Hi Nick...(hmm that sounds funny addressing myself)..ok, back to business, is it a Brugamansia or Datura? The Datura is the dangerous one, and less attractive of the two. let me know which one you have and then we will go into care and avoidance..Nick
