Question
I added a pygmy tree. The tree was glowing fine until in Florida we had a freeze.  I cut the damage brown ends but i notice lately it getting worse.  Is there anything else I can do?  This tree is only about 4 months old.

Esther, there was a lot of cold damage done during that dip a couple of weeks back, and pretty much all we can do is watch and wait, mother nature will determine if the plant makes it or not, but the key is patience; its fine to prune off the dead fronds, but watch the crown, and watch the new emerging ones, they will be the telltale whether its still viable or not...regards Nick
