Question
I just bought one about 4 ft. I Planned to grow it outside. I live in zone 9, the villages, Fl. if its under a lg. oak tree, can it live in 30 degree temps in winter...or less? or is it a container plant due to "cold" weather here?
Thank you in advance. This is my first yr in Fl. and gardening, esp. in sand is a whole lot different.

Hi Linda, I also live in zone 9 (southwest Florida) and I have had a Majesty in the ground near my house for 3 years now, it does just fine as long as we don't go below freezing, which so far we haven't; Yours is under an Oak which is good, because they like dappled shade and will also be protected from frost...Nick
