QuestionWe have a kona coffee plant, about 6 months old, that was doing beautifully till we decided it needed a bigger pot. After the transplant it immediately became very droopy. Can you help our plant.
AnswerHi Joe, not having seen your transplant method,I can only speculate, but it seems that you may have inadvertently upset the root structure when you transplanted and or didn't water it thouroghly enough; The plant has shocked (transplant shock) which is sometimes a common occurance in any transplant; if you watered it well, then back off the watering until it recovers and move it into the shade also, so transpiration doesn't make matters worse.
