I'm growing golden pothos cuttings in water and they are starting to new grow leaf buds.How long do they take to form.

You have to wait for roots to develop, ideally you should have put the cuttings in a moist vermiculite mixture, that way you would develop a better root system, but the roots will develop in water; so wait for roots to fill the container then transplant to a pot with soil in it.
