AnswerHi,
I can't find a plant called Synadcnium grautii, but I was able to find one called Synadenium grantii that is a tropical succulent shrub that has a milky sap when the stems or leaves are broken. Does this sound like your plant? If it does I can tell you this about its cultivation. Grow in full sun in a well drained soil. Water moderately and use a general liquid fertilizer like miracle gro monthly. Water sparingly in winter. Also, all parts of the plant are poisonous if ingested so keep if you have small children or pets that are prone to plant eating be sure to keep it out of reach. I hope I have the right plant and that this helps.
Good Luck,
