Question
I have a green plant my sun brought home from preschool when he brought it home it had a purple flower the flower withered away not long after its been 2 years and still has not bloomed but my question is it has little white fuzzy things all over the stems and leaves some look like water drops others look like cotton balls if i run a wet paper towel over them they come off

Is this indeed an African violet? I only specialize in them. However, it sounds like white flies which are insects which literally suck the juice out of the plant and leaves. You need either an INSECTICIDAL SOAP which you can purchase at the garden store, or another type of spray that specifies it is for insects. Just follow the directions on the bottle.
