i have some drooping leaves at the bottom part of my av. Should i cut them off or leave them alone????

I can't tell from your question if they are drooping because they are in need of water, or because they are older leaves, in which case this is normal.  Yes, cut the older, drooping leaves off as far down to the soil as you can.  This is just part of the life cycle
