my pond got vandalised and had plants, bricks, pots, ornaments and even the filter thrown in it. as a result my pond is ruined and full of soil and dirt. which is the quickest way of emptying the water to clean the pond which is about 3ft deep by 5ft wide. please help!

Hey Caroline, what nice people, they must not have anything better to do.Sorry about your pond. If you have a pump put it in the water and turn it on and put a hose on the other end and pump the water out in the yard. If not you will have to get a hose like and old garden hose and run it out in the yard until the end is lower than the pond and then siphon it out. Once it starts it will drain the whole pond.
