Toads vs. Koi: Koi Ate Guppies, Not Toads

1,000-gal pond, 2 small + 2 large koi, 15 guppies → guppies vanish after large koi added. Husband blames toads. Koi eat small fish. Toads don't.

• Separate guppy pond — small, planted, no koi.
• Or accept loss — guppies = live food for koi.

Coincidence = koi introduction. Toads are innocent. Koi are the predators.
