Question
I just got my gold fish today and almost all of them died. What should i do?

I'm sorry about your goldfish.  I need more information.  Tell me about your pond - size, type of filtration, what things you added to the water, and so on.  What did you do with the goldfish when you got them?  What symptoms did they have before dying?  With more information, I may be able to tell you more.  Without it, I can suggest testing your pond water's pH, hardness, ammonia, nitrite, and oxygen levels to see that they were ok.  To die so quickly, some sort of shock was probably involved.  I hope we can figure this out so it doesn't happen again.  Also, see this section on my site entitiled, "Why did my fish die?"
