Question
I have a recirculating fountain in my garden that has a solar powered pump, so it doesn't pump all the time.  As a result, sometimes the water stands, and I've found what I believe to be mosquito larvae in it.  Any suggestions on what to put in the water to prevent this?

They now sell packs that let you store solar energy for later use (OASE has them).  As far as preventing mosquitoes, read over my page on them at http://www.fishpondinfo.com/mosquito.htm
