Hi Robyn,
I'm building an indoor waterfall/pond.  Do you know if there's any device that will automatically refill the water to a constant level as it evaporates?  I've looked on several fountain and pump sites, but I am not finding what I'm looking for.

Yes, there are auto fill things.  They can malfuction but basically they have a float.  When the float goes below a certain level, the water kicks in, usually off a garden hose.  Here's a few of them:
