QuestionI have seeds that I gathered from Cupressus sempervirens and I would like to try growing some trees. Is there an advantage of soaking the seeds before I plant them in a tray?. Should I refrigerate them for a period of time before planting?
Thanks,
Mel
AnswerHi Mel,
Thanx for your question. C. sempervirens seeds do not requiring and have a short vernalization or cold stratification period. There are some good instructions at the link below. I hope this helps.
