QuestionI live in northern South Dakota and am wondering how I am going to overwinter the dozens of catalpa seedlings I have started. They are presently in groups in pots.
Thank you.
AnswerHi Allen,
Thanx for your question. The seedlings will go dormant as winter approaches. I would keep the pots in an unheated garage or shed out of direct contact from the cold north wind. Keep them watered and don't allow them to dry out completely. They should be fine. I hope this helps.
