QuestionIt is May in Missouri and I had to dig up a 3 foot snowball plant due to some construction. I dug as far around it as I could and as deep as I could. Is there any thing I can do to assure it will survive?
AnswerHi Lori,
Thanx for your question. I'm in Kansas myself. Just make sure that you dig a hole a bit bigger than your snowball bush's root ball so that it sits slightly lower in the hole than it sat in it's original growing place. Side dress it with well-composted manure and water it well. We're having some pretty good rains in our region so don't over water. I think your chances of success are pretty good. I hope this helps.
