QuestionI am looking for blueberrie seed to plant and also other berrie seed types if available
AnswerHi Connie,
Thanx for your question. I'm sorry I can't help you. I recall running by a website where they sold blackberry, raspberry, gooseberry seeds but I no longer have the reference. Because these fruit shrubs are easily grown from cuttings, finding seed for them is rare indeed. Also, a cutting will fruit much quicker than seeds. You'll have to stratify (cold treat) the seeds, if and when you locate them, in order to break dormancy. That means they must be placed in some soil and put in the fridge (inside a plastic baggie) for about 90 days, return to the warmth and they should begin germinating withing a few days to a couple of weeks. I hope this helps.
