my plant has white small bugs on it. what are they and how can i get rid of them?

Hello Maricella,
It sounds like you have aphids or spider mites. If the bugs aren't causing a problem with your plants, don't worry about it. If the plants are suffering, you can use an organic solution. Number 1, insecticidal organic soap solutions will help. This can be found at the better nurseries. One can also make a soap with 2 jalapeno peppers ground up in a food processer. Seine out the juice into a spray bottle with a squeeze or two of Dawn (Dwan isn't really organic but it is safe) dishwashing soap. This is a safe way to kill the pests but not poison the planet.
I will not recommend any chemical insectides. You can find other websites that will.
I hope this helps.

AnswerHi Maricella,
thanx for the follow up. I don't have a lot of experience with either one but the summer oil is safer and is not toxic to beneficial insects. It can be toxic to humans if ingested and it can irritate some peoples' skins. Don't get it in your eyes or breathe it in either. I hope this helps.
