I am trying to find out what is happening to this tree call a (money tree)that seem to be having sap under the leaves of this plant. Can you help me with this.

Thanx for your question.  This tree is native to Mexico down to northern South America.  You must live in Florida or California.  I could find no references regarding sappy leaves.  Give me your county and state and I will put you in touch with a local expert.
