Question
Mike, is it possible to grow alpine plants alongside tomatoes and cucumbers in the greenhouse?
I know they have different needs compared to the fruit and veg mentioned above nevertheless is it possible?

Most alpines definitely prefer light shade, but they still need some sun.  My only concern would be the tomatoes completely shading out the alpines.  If you can position them in the greenhouse so that they do get a few hours of sun per day, they should do fine.

Also, be sure to place them in well drained soil.  Alpines do not do well in wet soils.
