Hi Gary

My daughter is looking to grow a fruit tree from seed. Probably apple or pear seeds. Whats the best way to do this , and what is the easiest seed to propogate?

Dan,

Take the seed you have collected and clean them thoroughly.  Place the seed in a ziplock with moist peat moss and put in the bottom of the 'fridge for 3 months.  Plant the seeds in peat media and be patient.

As far as the easiest your guess is as good as mine.
