my 2 six foot sansivieras are sending up 1-2 foot flower? and
seed stems.
could you please advise how i should harvest the seeds and how
to propagate through seeding.

It is nice to be able to advise a fellow professional.
Unless you have greenhouse facilities and able to control misting I would not do the seed. Also you would not have any clue as what the seed viability would be. It would reaaly stink to collect seed, plant and care for them and if they are not viable get nothing for your effort.
Propagating using leave cuttings will be more successful. Simply cut across the leaves into 3" sections and place the end closest to the bottom in moist soil and cover the pot with a plastic bag.
