AnswerI would put them all in peat pots if you have enough available. As I indicated in the last response, peat pots reduce the probability of transplant shock. The only advantage of plastic flats is that they are less expensive in the long run because they can be used over again every year if taken proper care. As mine wear out, I am moving more and more towards peat pots for all of my seedlings.
