Question
last year i was using naturize fertilizer time release granules and my small garden produce lots of eggplants, tomatoes and other vegetables, more than my family could consume.
     this year my garden is not doing well with miracle grow fertilizer.
     could you suggest a good substitute for naturize fertilizer.  thanks

Hi Ralph, Regular water soluble Miracle Gro is not a timed released fertilizer.  It's good, it's quick, but not long lasting.  Go to your local garden center and have them recommend a timed released product.  I don't know what's sold where you live, but they'll have one.  Naturize also contained microbes and I believe bio-stimulants, but I've never seen a label. Your garden center will also have a similar product.  I'm not as concerned with adding microbes as I am feeding the ones you have.  There are a number of bio-stimulants out there, I'm sure your garden center can help you and you should get similar results.
That said, lots and lots of people grow fabulous gardens with just Miracle Gro. Jim
