Question
I have a 30' x 40' pavilion that I use about twice a year for picnics.  I don't want to go to the expense of having the dirt floor blacktopped or concreted.   What can I put on this dirt floor to keep down the dust when we're using the pavilion     .....     our shoes are brown by days end.

Hi Joseph, If it were mine, I'd cover the floor with landscape fabric so no weeds would come up and then cover it with pea gravel. Pea gravel is permanent as opposed to using a mulch of some type.  If you just want something quick for the day, 25 bales of pine straw will make a nice floor. Jim
